  1. Kimchi and mild cheese go surprisingly well together. I think this deserves a chance.

  2. I’ve had a lot of Korean bbq styled pizzas before that were amazing. Gochujang works really well on a pizza.

    I could see it working fine with kimchi, as long as it wasn’t too sour. Not too far off a kimchi-cheese chijimi, which is also delicious.

    Not familiar with kimchi, nor gochujang as a base, but that’s looking really good.

    kimchi + cheese combo are ubiquitous in Korea in instant noodles, sandwiches, soup,
    etc so this feels like the natural progression

    Non-standard topping, but has the hallmarks of several other common toppings. Acidity and spiciness of a jalapeño, similar texture and profile of an artichoke heart. Kimchi and cheese works on its own, too. This pizza is innocent
